I really like the Cardinal 800 number that you get for free. I think I could use this to see a lot of phone cards, but there is a problem. When I get a call from the 800 number, it plays a recording and I have to hit "1" to take the call. I would like the option to turn this off and just get the call directly, or just have a short message tell me where the call is comming from.
My customers will not use this if they have to hit 1, because sometimes you don''t here the entire message. It starts before I answer the phone. Please give us the option to remove it, or just remove it?

Phone support now open 9:30am-9:00pm Mon-Fri, Sat 10:00am-6:00pm, Sun 12pm-6pm, all times EST.
Additionally we have added chat support, some overlapping with regular phone support hours, mostly for off-hours of phone support, currently we have a gap from 9:00pm-11:00pm EST before chat support starts, we are working on rectifying that within the next few weeks, so support will be 24/7 (chat support will cover all off-hours of phone support).
Please feel free to encourage your customers to use chat support if they cannot call - our agents are very knowledgeable and can resolve most situations over chat, just as well as over phones.

The total rate that appears on the website is comprised of two parts: the origination is the rate to call from a country, the termination rate is to call to a country. To calculate the total rate, you will have to add them together. So if you want to calculate the rate to call from USA-Continental to Germany on the Cardinal card, you will have to check the origination for USA-Continental (182) at http://www.pushline.com/export/index.php?tp=card_origination&cc=6 then add the termination rate for Germany (53) that can be seen athttp://www.pushline.com/export/index.php?tp=card_termination&cc=6

It is possible to buy Gift Card (on very bottom) but before you make mistake as I did (I purchased 100$ for gift cards) please note that when you receive code to select and activate card all good cards can''t be found on that list. What I want to say I had problem because after I purchased gift cards for friends and I wanted to select cards for them I couldn''t select good cards for my country (jupiter, for example). But also didn''t find any explanation for that. So they cheting us and our customers.

As far as promo e-mails being sent with links to paytone.com. I don''t have the same problem. My guess is that you first registered at paytone, but after you bought a card from your own site, it should have started sending links to your site.

Can anyone tell me about the advantages and disadvantages using Private Label Cards? What is your experience?
My guess is that the advantage is in having your own names for the cards: people are not going to be able to google a name of a card and buy it some place else (like it happens with your regular cards, try searching for penny boss.)
The disadvantage is the regular returning customers might get confused looking for their favorite card and not finding.
Bottom line, is it worth it to go with private labels? Or is it too risky, in terms of loosing your regular customers?

Hi,
I have opened two tickets concerning new sites which I have established. I duly registered the domains to g with these sites, changed the DNS to your servers and informed you via an open ticket. You responded that all was OK, but it isn''t. Take the name: saverphonecards.com, when you enter this in your browser, it does not show anything but three lines which read: Header, Home, Footer. The only one (out of four new sites) which shows up with a shop, shows a different shop when I enter when I enter phonecard365.com and phonecard365.pushline.com.
In addition, my list of shops is now totally confusing, with so many duplicate shops, some of which are functional others not. I wish we had a functionality which would allow us to delete shops which w no longer need or operat. I like it a bit tidy.

The program is very simple.
You also get commission for all refill by phone and autorefills
(shop when PIN was originally bought is used)
And all your customers automatically participate in referral program (so if they buy something on comfi.com you''ll also get commission) (see referral commission details)
The only case when you did not receive commission for your customer sales - is when s/he purchase something on other (non yours) shop.

Until problem is resolved you did not see transaction in your invoice list.
It happens rarely, not more than 2-3 cases out of tens of thousands invoices.
Customer service representatives take care of such cases, usually such cases got resolved in 2-4 hours.

I found some of my transactions were add to suspicious, but after one day, everything turn to be ok.
This function will ruin comfi and affiliate''s reputation.People buy calling online want instant PIN, not wait until the next day.
So far I got 4 suspicious transactions but none of them really have problem.
Calling card not really worth too much money.Have no idea why they add this function and make our customers feel not happy.
Few days ago when I transfered my calling card from one to the other, all the money in my account lost, till now, nobody take care about that.

"low rate" link on webcall form is pointing to www.comfi.com. I see that link on all pushline affiliate sites. See the link below you will see that "low rate" link is pointing to http://www.comfi.com/p/card-rate.php/61.html.
This hurt branding and loose customer for us. What happens the customer clicks on the link and buy from comfi website instead of through our site. I don''t see any ID passed in the comfi url for you to track referral.
Please UPDATE that "low rate" link on all affiliate callback form pages of all affiliates to its own domain.
This could be a bad PR for pushline if this link continues to point to Comfi.com

Links like /phone-cards/Russia instead of /p/?id_from_country=XX&idcountry=YY work on pushline sites, just like on comfi.com. However, pushline''s javascript and pull-down menus are all not SEF, unlike the ones on comfi.

Come to think about it, there is not much of a point in sitemap. Google indexes the main page anyway. All the other pages, unless they custom uploaded, are blocked by robots.txt (I can guess why).
Just about all the links from my frontpage go to particular countries/cards, and robots.txt has Disallow: /p/ etc. Not much for google to index with sitemap.

I followed this instruction:

Spanish would be nice. Don''t know how you have it set up, if text is pulled out of a language.php, etc. Simple expressions, like "No Maintenance Fee", "PIN Free Access", "Buy or Refill."
I got three sites with English, Russian, and Spanish home pages, menus, whatever else I could translate. Spanish is the fastest growing by far.

Good idea. Most of the classes you can control via your own css already. 1) legal/help/returns/etc language in Russian - even masterbell.com.ru has it in navbar only, the pages themselves are in English - how do I "Russify" them? By simply creating my custom pages? If so, would that be alright to translate your legal.php ?

Monthly sales form calculated once a day.

I ahve been enjoying good commisions from your cards for almost 2 years now.
I am at the point where my sales are steady ($700/month) but they stopped not growing.. I was wondering if you guys can give away some sample phone cards, so I can offer all of them to my community and let people see for themselves that your cards rock. I get a lot of potential customers but they are not sure because they have heard all the bad things about phone cards in general. The only way to convince them is to give them a little test card. Can you guys do that???

Wondering about the buttons used on all the pages that display calling cards and on the order forms. The green buttons are not very attractive and are the same even in the own shop templates. Not like the nice ones used on the masterbell and paytone sites. Will these eventually be changed? I looked for a way to do it myself but cant find a way. Is it possible to change these myself?

Refer a friend link shall be added on the affiliate website. So that the friends that are referred are referred to the affiliate website and not the masterbell site.

In tempates have not links for registering webmasters in affiliate program. Can I set this link? And what structure of this link must be. Because i read FAQ, but can't understand : what i set in link as my id, ID (digital number of shopname) or name of subdomain ?
Can i set whole registaration form on my website for webmasters? Or new customers, who registered in my shop automatically can be my refferers if create own shop.

The best phone card referral program on the web!!
I get my commisions in a timely manner.
The only thing I would like to suggest is - please get after hours help. 1800 is only answering till 5.00 p.m. Sometimes when customers have problems they can not get a hold of anyone after 5.00. They get upset and leave us. I understand it cost money to keep someone there., but maybe paging system can be developped ?
Other than that you guys are great!!
